1. Payment and Ordering

1.1 Submitting information to place an order

The customer is responsible to provide accurate and required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. Diamond Moon Creations will not be responsible for mis-delivery due to any incorrect information submitted by the customer.

1.2 Payment

Payment for any order must be made in full in advance at the time the order is placed. All major credit cards, Paypal, GooglePay, and ApplePay are accepted methods of payment. Credit card payments are processed through Wix Payments.

1.3 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders submitted from Canada. The appropriate sales tax will be applied to your designated province. All others submitted from the USA and international orders will not be taxed. Import duties and taxes may be applied to your order upon your country’s customs receiving your order. You are responsible to pay the import fees to receive your order. 

1.4 Order changes

Once your order has been placed and mailed out to you, it will no longer be possible to change it with the exception of your delivery address, which can be changed, but only if your order has not yet been shipped. To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact Donovan at diamondmoonwood@gmail.com

1.5 True Colours

You acknowledge and understand the colours seen on your computer or mobile screen may vary slightly from in-person. Diamond Moon Creations is not responsible for this colour variation issue. No guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match exactly the colours on the final product, though we do our best to ensure the pictures seen represent the in-person item as best as possible

1.6 Commissioned artwork

All custom and commissioned artwork requires a non-refundable 1/3 downpayment before work will begin on your order, and the rest due before the final product will be prepared for shipping. 

1.7 Personal Data

All information submitted by you for your order will never be shared to or sold to a third party or used for any other means or reasons then inputting the information for delivery purposes or to directly contact you about your order. Diamond Moon Creations respects and protects your privacy.
